The European Version Impact Crusher (PFW Series) is a new generation of highly efficient crushing equipment engineered with advanced European technology. Designed primarily for secondary and tertiary crushing, this machine excels at processing medium-hard and soft rocks to produce premium, well-graded cubic aggregates.

With a robust production capacity ranging from 90 to 350 tons per hour, the PFW series features an innovative three-cavity crushing chamber. This design maximizes the impact force and crushing ratio, making it the superior choice for high-standard commercial concrete, highway surface materials, and large-scale aggregate plants.

Advanced Three-Cavity Design:
The unique three-cavity crushing zone provides an extended crushing path and multiple impact stages. This ensures that the material is crushed more thoroughly, resulting in an exceptional cubic shape without tension cracks or flakes.
Heavy-Duty Rotor & Blow Bars:
Equipped with a heavy-duty rotor manufactured through finite element analysis for optimal balance and rotational inertia. The high-chrome blow bars offer incredible wear resistance, significantly extending their service life even in highly abrasive applications.
Hydraulic Maintenance System:
Features a smart hydraulic opening device (as seen in the equipment design). This allows the crusher’s rear cover to be opened quickly and safely, making internal inspections and the replacement of blow bars and impact plates fast and effortless.
Adjustable Discharge & High Yield:
The clearance between the impact plates and the blow bars can be easily adjusted to control the output size and particle shape, ensuring high flexibility and a higher yield of the desired fine aggregates.
Robust & Durable Structure:
Built with a premium welded steel plate housing and high-strength bearings, ensuring excellent stability and continuous, vibration-free operation under heavy loads.
