With an incredibly broad production capacity ranging from 5 to 1000 tons per hour, it can handle maximum feed sizes up to 1200 mm. Deep Crushing Cavity:
Engineered with a deep, V-shaped crushing cavity that has no dead zones. This design maximizes the feeding capacity and output, ensuring a high crushing ratio and uniform product size.
Heavy-Duty Structure & Flywheels:
Built with a premium cast steel frame and massive, precisely balanced flywheels (as shown in the equipment photos). These flywheels store energy and provide a continuous, powerful crushing force to easily break the hardest stones.
Adjustable Discharge Opening:
Equipped with a simple and reliable wedge or shim adjustment system for the discharge opening (ranging from 18 mm to 350 mm depending on the model). This allows operators to quickly adapt the output size to meet different production line requirements.
Durable Jaw Plates:
The movable and fixed jaw plates are manufactured from high-manganese steel, offering exceptional wear resistance and longevity even when processing highly abrasive materials like granite and quartzite.
