The Vibrating Feeder (GZD & ZSW Series) is an essential piece of equipment in any modern crushing and screening plant. Installed ahead of primary crushers (such as Jaw Crushers or Primary Impact Crushers), it is designed to continuously and uniformly feed massive, heavy rocks into the crushing chamber while withstanding extreme impact loads.
With a versatile production capacity ranging from 50 to 580 tons per hour, our vibrating feeders perfectly match various production scales. The ZSW series specifically features a built-in grizzly section at the discharge end. This acts as a pre-screen, allowing soil, dirt, and smaller uncrushable materials to bypass the primary crusher, thereby preventing blockages and significantly improving the throughput and lifespan of the downstream equipment.
Core Components & Advantages
Uniform & Continuous Feeding: Driven by powerful eccentric blocks or dual vibration motors, the feeder generates a stable, linear vibration force. This ensures materials move forward smoothly and evenly, preventing the primary crusher from being choked or starved.
Integrated Grizzly Screening: The stepped grizzly bar design at the end of the chute effectively pre-screens fine materials and dirt before they enter the crusher. The gap between the bars can be adjusted to suit different feed characteristics.
Heavy-Duty Structure: Constructed from thick, high-strength steel plates with heavily reinforced welding (as shown in the equipment design). It can easily absorb the massive impact of large boulders being dumped directly from trucks or excavators.
Stable Suspension System: Supported by heavy-duty steel coil springs that efficiently absorb impact forces and reduce the vibration transmitted to the foundation, ensuring smooth operation and lower noise levels.
Easy Adjustment & Low Maintenance: The vibration force and feeding speed can be easily adjusted by altering the eccentric blocks. With no complex internal moving parts, routine maintenance and lubrication are straightforward and cost-effective.
