• Efficient Material Elevating: Unlike larger plants that require long, inclined belt conveyors, this Model 35 plant utilizes a steep skip hoist (bucket) system to lift aggregates directly into the twin-shaft mixer. As seen in the site photos, this vertical lifting mechanism drastically reduces the overall land area required for the plant.
• Optimized Site Layout: The compact arrangement of the blue and white cement silo, the aggregate batcher, and the main mixing tower allows the client to easily install the equipment even within constrained construction sites. This design saves both land leasing costs and extensive groundwork preparation time.

• Automated Production: The plant comes with a fully integrated, standalone control room (visible as the white cabin next to the mixer structure). • Rapid Installation: Designed with a modular framework, the main structural components are pre-assembled and tested in our factory prior to shipping.
