In July 2026, we successfully provided a comprehensive construction equipment fleet to a prominent contractor in Jamaica. The client was undertaking a highly challenging project: building a luxury hillside villa resort.

Island construction often involves steep gradients, uneven terrain, and incredibly narrow access roads where traditional, bulky heavy machinery simply cannot operate. To maintain the project schedule without compromising on safety or efficiency, the contractor required a tailored fleet of compact, highly maneuverable equipment that could handle material transport, concrete pouring, and heavy lifting in severely restricted spaces.

The Perfect Fleet: Mixing, Moving, and Lifting

Rather than sourcing single machines, we provided an integrated equipment package designed to work in perfect synergy on the Jamaican hillside.

• Concrete Mixer Pump: Getting transit mixers up a steep, narrow dirt road is highly dangerous and often impossible. Our towable concrete mixer pump solves this by mixing raw materials directly at the base of the site and pumping fresh concrete vertically to the pouring locations, ensuring continuous operation.
• 930 Skid Steer Loader: To keep the mixer pump continuously fed with aggregates and cement, the client deployed our agile 930 Skid Steer. As seen in the factory photos, this compact white loader features a tight turning radius and rugged tires, making it the perfect material handler for navigating narrow, winding mountain pathways.
• 16-Ton Spider Crane: For the installation of structural steel and heavy glass panels on the uneven hillside, traditional truck cranes were out of the question. Our yellow 16-ton tracked spider cranes deploy robust outriggers that stabilize the machine on sloping ground, delivering exceptional lifting capacity within a minimal footprint.

By analyzing the client’s specific topographical constraints, we were able to deliver a synchronized fleet that tackles earthmoving, concreting, and lifting simultaneously.

Prior to shipment, every unit—from the hydraulic systems of the spider crane to the pumping mechanisms of the mixer—underwent stringent quality control to ensure flawless performance in the Caribbean’s hot and humid climate.
